LUUKA: Police recover live ammunition and UPDF uniform from Local resident
LUUKA: Fear gripped residents of Buwamwa village, Nawamoiti Sub County in Luuka district after police recovered several rounds of live ammunition UPDF uniform and boots, cartridge, hand cuffs, two national Identity cards of different people and other items linked to security with Asadi Kisa in his house.
The suspect has been arrested and detained at CPS Luuka as investigations kickoff
The operation was conducted after several complaints from the concerned citizens to their LC I Chairman Kalulu Charles Nteeba claiming that their own Asad is threatening to kill some of the locals in the village .
The local leader alerted security heads in the district led by RDC and DPC who swung into action.
Kalulu appreciated the security and locals for their collaboration in the fight against insecurity in the area.
He also urged locals to always alert security whenever they see suspcicious elements in the community.
