Police in Kwania district is holding a 49-Year-old man on allegations of sodomizing his 15-year-old employee.
The suspect has been identified as Moses Onap a resident Acute village, Apire parish, Aduku Sub-County in Kwania District who also owns a chapatti business.
Onap allegedly sodomized a boy he employed to help make his chapatti.
Onap was arrested by his own neighbours after the boy came out of Onap’s house crying and reported the matter to them.
The vigilant neighours immediately handed the suspect over to the police where he is detained.
Patrick Jimmy Okema, the North Kyoga Regional Police Spokesperson has confirmed this report, noting that the suspect intoxicated the victim with substances that made him unconscious and when he woke up he was feeling anal pain.
“The suspect was naked, again he started telling him that he is very handsome and offered him shs1000 which he refused.”
Onap is facing charges of homosexuality under the new Anti-Homosexuality Act.
Meanwhile the victim is already enrolled on pep considering the pain he attained as while other investigations are ongoing.
