Two armed thugs Sunday February 25, 2024 shot dead a Buganda clan leader.
The evening incident happened in Lungujja, Lubaga division in Kampala.
The deceased Dan Bbosa who was shot dead by assailants moving on a motorcycle as he entered his home was the head of the Ndiga clan.
The assailants fired bullets toward Bbosa’s Toyota Land Cruiser vehicle killing him instantly.
In the resultant scuffle, an angry mob gave a chase to the two assailant who were later surrounded and killed.
Enraged by the incident, an angry mob pursued the assailants and managed to kill them too.
The gun and the motor cycle the assailants used were recovered.
Police are yet to issue a statement about the incident.
