Three people including the Bus driver died on spot in Wednesday night accident along Tirinyi highway.
The driver has been identified as Muhammad Ntege.
Particulars of the two passengers on the front seat who also died on spot were still scanty by press time.
Ten other passengers were badly injured in the crash and rashed to Mbale reginal referral hospital in critical conditions.
Eyewitnesses have blamed the accident on a boda boda rider who just entered the high at a terrible speed.
They say, the YY Coach Registration Number UBG 400C over turned at Nampiido trading center as Ntege tried to save the reckless boda boda rider.
The bus with 64 passengers on board was heading to Mbale from Kampala.
