Shock has this Tuesday morning engulfed residents of Busuulu – Nakyaka village in Bugeywa parish, Butansi sub county in Kamuli district after finding one of them strangled by unknown assailants.
The deceased, Majid Mugweri was last seen last evening in company of other residents at a vigil within his village.
“But this morning we have found his lifeless body lying in the house of the late Babu in Butatyama village,” a source has said.
Butatyama is a village just next to Busuula in a walkable distance.
Bugeywa parish is home for Kamuli district LCV chairman, Mr. Maxwell Mugudhe Kuwembula.
Informed by concerned residents, the police from Kamuli CPS have taken the body and Hadijja Babu the widow in whose house the deceased was found.
