In an earlier video released by security, last evening, we showed you how Police Constable, Ivan Wabwire shot dead the director of TFS Financial Services, Uttam Bhandari and managed to leave the busy and well guarded Raja chambers along Parliamentary Avenue.
Now in a second video released by the security, it is clear, Wabwire went straight to the Central Police Station, carrying a document he had picked from the slain’s desk as though he was taking it to someone.
In this video Wabire is seen walking majestically into the police premises after the incident.
