Kampala Deputy Lord Mayor, Doreen Nanjura has described the sinking Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) President, Eng Patrick Amuriat and Secretary General, Nathan Nandala Mafabi as the real moles in the opposition party.
The soft spoken City Woman Councilor representing Makerere University at KCCA on FDC ticket says Nandala and Amuriat’s recent actions are influenced by the dirty money they pocketed from the state house.
“If you are not a mole, you can’t insist on a sham election. You cannot evade transparency and run away from accountability when your are not a mole. Nanadala and Mafabi are the moles Rtd General Mugisha Muntu talked about,” said Nyanyura.
She made the remarks Wednesday August 9, 2023 while appearing on Baba TV morning show, Gangamuka.
Nanjura said the Mafabi they supported in 2012 to become the FDC secretary general and the Amuriat they elected as their party president are totally different from the ones the world is seeing today.
“These are not the people that promised to support change. These are not the people that promised to support activism. Money – dirty money has changed them,” she added.
