President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Friday August 11, 2023 bade farewell to the outgoing Royal Norwegian Ambassador, Her Excellency, Elin Johansen.
The brief event took place at State House, Entebbe.
The outgoing Ambassador has concluded her five-year tour of duty in Uganda.
