To thank them for the great vibe they provided during this year’s Kagulu rock climbing challenge, Busoga Kingdom Tourism Minister, Hellen Namutamba threw a get together party to Jinja based reporters.
The party which majorly had traditional folk songs and dance on the menu was staged at Itanda Falls in Jinja on Tuesday night.
Drinks of all tribes were in plenty at no cost but depending one’s level of appetite and capacity.
By 8:00pm most of the reporters had lost control of their balance and ended up tipsy.
The guys including those who seem to be shy gained the required strength to sing along the lyrics ‘Eirongo/abalongo songs’ – the obscene songs sung during installation and naming of newborn twins. This is performed at night with lights off and participating babes are pantless.
