Faruk Kirunda, the Deputy Press Secretary to the President, has further unmasked Francis Zaake, the legislator from Mityana Municipality, for jostling to be reinstated to Parliamentary Commission.
Kirunda challenges Zaake to prove whether he has no double standards yet he wants to drive a President Museveni’s government vehicle and enjoy other privileges of a government led by someone the MP from Mityana calls a dictator.
Kirunda’s remarks posted on his Twitter Account this Wednesday October 4, 2023 morning come in response to a recent decision by the constitutional court that ruled in favor of Zaake and dismissed Speaker Anita Among’s decision to remove him from the commission of Parliament.
Earlier on Kirunda asked Zaake to stop making negative sentiments against courts in Uganda.
Zaake had previously alleged that courts in Uganda give no justice. He however swallowed his words when court in Kampala ruled in his favour against the speaker of Parliament and even reinstated him a commissioner of Parliament.
Kirunda who doesn’t entertain lies and hoodwinking challenged Zaake to inform the world whether the ciurt that ruled in his favour was in Europe and not Uganda.
This was after Zaake jubilating after the court’s decision and expressed his appreciation for the same court he had previously accused of failing to deliver justice in Uganda.
Now Kirunda is advising Zaake to desist from calling President a dictators when it is under his leadership that commissioners of Parliament drive government vehicles.
