A 71-year-old man in Mayuge district has committed suicide by hanging after allegations of losing his job of driving.
The disgruntled man was a resident of Waina B village in waina B villge in Waitambogwe subcounty, Mayuge district.
Identified as John Kalinda, the old man was Thursday, June 13, 2024, evening at 8pm found hanging in a local latrine.
It is said that the deceased went missing on the same day at around 6 pm, which prompted his family members to embark on a search of the ageing senior citizen.
