Ivan Lugeba and his counterpart Esther Nanyombi are performing more than expected.
Unveiled on Monda, July 15, 2024, the duo is being praised by the audience of the radio, proving that the replacement was long overdue.
Social media and local listeners have described Lugeba and Nanyombi as the best combination of anchors in the history of radio business in Busoga.
“That is a good one. He shall perform better than Mbajjwe,” Loyce Kisakyamukama commented on Busoga One social media platform.
The whole comment section was full of praises that Busoga one radio shall remain the best with interesting pairs of broadcasters.
Lugeba is in charge of the morning Luganda news bulletin at 9am and pairs with Nanyombi for the 9pm bulletin named “Webuzibiire.”
In fact, the station’s news bulletin remains the most listened to news hour across the Busoga subregion.
