Parliament mourns slain minister Engola

Speaker Anitah Among, VP Jesca Alupo,  PM Robinah Nabbanja and the Leader of the Opposition, Mathias Mpuuga lay wreaths on the casket containing the body of the deceased State Minister for Labour, Employment, and Industrial Relations, Col (rtd) Charles Okello Engola during a special House sitting to honour him.
