Enice Evelyne Tabuza a 23-year-old of the Baise Kaibaale clan from Mayuge district, Bunha Chiefdom believes she has it all to take the crown of this years Obwa Kyabazinga bwa Busoga Miss Tourism.

Eunice whose name means “victory” is the Nsuma Totem.

Sitting with her for one minute shall convince you that she really has not of the sparkling beauty but even the brain. In brief she is beautiful on purpose.

EDUCATION
Eunice commenced her education journey at Jinja Central Primary School in Jinja district before progressing to Nakanyonyi Girls Secondary School for ‘O’ and to Budini Secondary school in Kaliro district O and A Levels respectively.

She enrolled at Makerere university where she is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Economics.

PERSONALITY
Eunice is a very friendly and hospitable person who is very proud of her culture. She a flexible person who easily gets along with others.

“I like meeting new friends, exploring nature, participating in social and charitable causes and serving humanity,” says the very soft spoken Eunice as she rolls her eyes.

WHY SHE BELIEVES SHE IS THE BEST CANDIDATE FOR MISS TOURISM BUSOGA 2023-24

“I am one of the top contestants for Miss tourism BUSOGA 2023-24 representing Bunha chiefdom from Mayuge district.”

HER CAMPAIGN THEME: “TOURISM AS A TOOL FOR GIRL CHILD EMPOWERMENT IN BUSOGA”.
Eunice is optimistic that under this initiative she will use tourism activities as a means to sensitize the people in the kingdom on issues partaining the dangers of underage pregnancy, underage marriages, initiatives to keep the girl child in school like Pads for girls campaigns, school mentorship programmes among others.

 

Eunice is a great mobilizer with great leadership skills that she has exhibited over time through the schools she attended. At Makerere University she has served as a GRC representing COBAMS at the Guild Council in the 88th government.

“I am also a free spirited and friendly person.”

Eunice has a pretty smile and hospitality being her identity card wherever she goes.

“Given the opportunity to wear crown as Miss tourism Busoga 2023-24, I will be able to deploy all this attributes to good use, make a great contribution towards the promotion of BUSOGA as a great tourism destination and also using tourism as a tool to address issues affecting the girl child in Busoga.”

“For the reasons, attributes and qualities mentioned here above, I believe I am the Best Candidate to wear the crown and promote Busoga’s tourism to the world,” she says.

“For this to happen, I seek your support, votes and best wishes as we make a date with Destiny on 26th August 2023 at kagulu Hill in Buyende district.”
