Police in Ntinda is investigating circumstances under which two people were shot, a Riham products depot located in Ntinda a Kampala suburb.
According to police, the two were seriously injured and rushed to hospital for medical attention.
Preliminary investigations so far indicated that an unidentified number of armed robbers arrived on a motorcycle and attacked the shop, demanding for money from the manager.
When the demand for money failed, they were shot at. The robbers, then left to attack several other properties. Among those injured in the shooting was the manager of the depot, only known as Serunkuma and another person, who is yet to be identified.
