The ‘Sitya Loss’ and ‘Semyekozo’ hits maker, Edirisa Musuza, popularly known as Eddy Kenzo, has officially proclaimed being in love with the newly appointed State minister for energy, Hon Phiona Nyamutooro.
According to Saturday reportings, the renowned entertainer confirmed that the juicy minister is his official wife, replacing Sirimuyembe composer Rema Namakula, who shares the same bed with socialite doctor, Amuza Ssebunya.
Kenzo now challenges Ugandans and other social media users who have since minister Nyamutooro’s appointment expressed mixed reactions when the duo posed in circulating mesmerising pictures.
Proving seriousness of the relationship, Kenzo and Nyamutooro have trended for now a fortnight with media platforms picturing the prominent figures sharing the same locations.
“She is indeed my wife,” Kenzo told friends, who gifted him a fascinating shirt in recognition and wishing him a significant new marriage.
Kenzo recently, during his performance at a certain event, sang and jostled in free style lyrics of how his new wife is the best and as well a wonderful cook.
Social media inlaws picked the matter and used it against Rema who has since expressed dissatisfaction with their comments.
It is said that Nyamutooro, a youth lawmaker in the 11th Parliament has been a diehard and esteemed fan of the Big Talent boss who in 2019 divorced with Dr Amuza’s Rema Namakula for allegedly concentrating more on music than his family.
The singer and the minister, according to reports, became close last year when Kenzo, through his Federation, embarked on demanding Parliament to streamline the Copyright Law.
Nyamutooro then embraced the law, presenting the papers on the floor of Parliament.
