While all eyes were expected to be on the blushing bride Desire Luzinda and her born-again boo Levixone, it was Juliana’s jaw-dropping golden ensemble that caused the loudest whispers at the highly-guarded ceremony.
Arriving fashionably late like the star she is, Juliana glided into the reception like a Nubian queen dipped in liquid gold — complete with a body-hugging draped gown, corset waistline and a matching sparkly clutch that screamed “if you know, you know.” Never mind that she kept her composure ice-cold; cameras kept following her every blink as fellow guests struggled between watching the exchanging of vows and stealing glances at her flawless, statuesque glow.
Inside sources say the DJ briefly paused the playlist thinking the bride had returned for a wardrobe change when Juliana made her entrance. “Auntie Juls olabye nga ayitawo? Eh Desire tried but Juliana dressed like she was launching the wedding,” one guest was overheard saying.
Gossip vines further reveal Desire herself jokingly whispered to a bridesmaid, “That one wants people to think it’s her Kukyala,” before the two giggled.
Rumour also has it that Levixone’s single groomsmen developed sudden chest tightness, with two allegedly requesting the MC for a chance to “greet Juliana personally.”
