A priavte security guard deployed at Bugade SACCO in Bugade Town Council, Mayuge Monday July 10, 2023 morning shot dead a woman he been dating before turning the gun to his neck and also shot himself.
The incident occured at around 6:00am according to eyewitnesses.
It is alleged that the deceased lovers have been identified as Sarah Ayayo and Stephen Nyanya.
Sarah has been a chips vendor in Bugade while Stephen has been attached to SGA security company.
Residents say the the lovers have always had endless disagreements.
Busoga East Regional Police Spokesperson, Diana Nandawula has comfirmed this report and said the police in Mayuge was still at the scene of crime.
