The Vice Chairperson of Kaliro District, Richard Bamukobeire, has died.

According to preliminary information, Bamukobeire had undergone a hernia operation at Royal Palace Hospital last week.

Sources close to the family said he later developed complications after suffering shock, which doctors reportedly said caused changes in blood flow. He passed away on Saturday.
